Our team has more leads than we can handle and we are looking to
hire two additional full-time, in-office agents this year!

Responsibilities:
--- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
--- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a
quick and easy closing process
--- Gather local community information to be able to answer any
questions from your client about potential homes
--- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate
more sales
--- Meet new people and add them to our database to develop new
business relationships. This is a contact sport.
Qualifications:
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Organized and manages time effectively
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is
preferred
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Must be able to work in-office initially, and willing to work
on weekends and holidays as needed
--- Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus but not a must
