Looking for a truck driving job that offers stability, consistency, and good pay? As a Dedicated Local Driver, you'll enjoy regular routes with predictable miles and hours, making it easier to plan your week and know exactly what to expect on your paycheck. What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $29.50 per hour, with an average weekly pay of $1,180 or $61,360 per year.
• Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 40 hours a week
• Home Daily: You'll be home every night to enjoy your personal time.
• Consistent Schedule: Work Monday to Friday with most Saturdays off. Your start time will be between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., and you'll finish between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Your Responsibilities:
  • Pick up containers at customer locations in Savannah and deliver to the Savannah Port.
  • Return empty containers back to the port after delivery.
  • Complete a minimum of 4 turns per day, all with drop and hook freight.
  • No surprises: You'll know what to expect each day with regular customers and consistent freight loads. Job Requirements:
    • Class A CDL with TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
    • Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
    • Georgia Port ID required for access. CDL-A Dedicated Local Truck Driver Benefits:

                  • Must live within a 75-mile radius
                  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
                  • Must be 21 years of age or older
                  • Must have Class A CDL with TWIC
                  • Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire
                  • Must also obtain Georgia Port ID
                  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
                  • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
                  • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
                  • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
                  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
                  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions:
                    • Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
                    • Count freight
                    • Complete fuel tickets
                    • Obtain sales leads
                    • Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
                    • Perform pre-trip inspections
                    • Drive
                    • Regular predictable attendance
                    • Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
