Position Description
About:

is seeking a team-oriented entry-level concrete estimator. As an
Estimator, you will have the opportunity to hone your analytical

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Work with project teams to coordinate and create takeoffs for
various types of concrete construction projects.--- Review project
documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor
requirements.--- Utilize takeoff software to determine quantities
of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project.--- Prepare
accurate estimates for concrete projects.--- Assist with budget
analysis for project materials and labor.--- Assist in the
preparation of estimates and bids for projects.--- Provide
technical support to project teams when needed.

Position Requirements
You might be a great fit if you have:
--- A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required
for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and
training in the field may qualify. 2-3 years of experience in a
construction environment preferred. --- Proficiency or experience
with project/estimating related software including PlanSwift,
On-Screen Takeoff and HCSS/Heavy Bid is a plus.--- Working
knowledge of Bluebeam.--- Prior experience with a Computer-Aided
Design (CAD) system or Tekla is a plus but not required.---
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving
skills.--- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge
of Excel is a MUST!).--- Ability to communicate effectively with
clients and colleagues.
