We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured individuals. We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys and help clients navigate the litigation process with confidence.Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and serve routine legal documents for attorney review.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, including preparing and serving deposition notices.
• Coordinate and schedule mediations, ensuring all parties are informed and logistics are in place.
• Ensure all deadlines, depositions, mediations, and court hearings are properly calendared on the assigned attorney's schedule in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
• Prepare and organize exhibits for depositions, motions, and trials.
• File court documents and ensure compliance with court procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in our case management system.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed.Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience working in civil litigation, either on the plaintiff or defense side - this is mandatory.
  • A passion for professional and personal growth.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.About Company
