*Part-Time - Night Shift (7pm-7am Sat/Sun)*

*Sign-On Bonus: *$30,000

*Minimum Qualifications*:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing

- 2 Years of experience in specialty within the past 5 years

- SC RN License

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Provides operational shift oversight, delegates care tasks to staff, and ensures efficient patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

- Offers leadership, support, and guidance to staff while maintaining a positive image and attitude.

- Promotes and restores patient health by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team.

- Applies critical thinking for assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring all actions comply with Lexington Medical Center's standards and the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
