Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8a-5p; Friday: 8a-12p Job Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: No Specific Procedures are Required. Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 Days Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC Must have an Active South Carolina License Locations: Branchville : 3 days a week; and St. Matthews: 2 days a week.
