Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Program Manager in Ladson, SC. The Program manager is responsible for implementation of new business, development of standard operating plans (SOPs) for managing business, and ensuring project operations and documentation and following all requirements within the contract documents .

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Write SOP policies for operations on each new contract.
  • Coordinate implementation of new contracts including, system set up for pricing, invoicing requirements, scheduling requirements and reviewing this information with all groups affected.
  • Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met once new contract is implemented.
  • Meet with customer to discuss and resolve invoicing, pick up, scheduling issues as single point of contact and work with local sales and operations groups to resolve.
  • Provide management with update reports on each account and any issues that are outstanding.
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
    • 5 to 7 years experience with contracts
    • Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
    • Effective communication and teambuilding skills combined with an ability to manage multiple on-going tasks
    • Driven self-starter possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Strong time management, multi-tasking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
    • Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft programs such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and have proficient written and oral skills;
    • Experience within the industry and/or contracts
